As part of our learning about Martin Luther King, 3F produced their own artwork in the style of Suzann Sines. The children thought carefully about the choice of colours they wished to use and experimented with different brushstroke techniques to add texture.

Year 4’s Anglo-Saxon Village

The children first designed their houses and thought carefully about the measurements. They had to create nets of 3D shapes- cuboids and prisms, carefully measuring the lengths to make sure they would match up. They then cut and folded these together to make their houses, before selecting materials to decorate them with.
