After 6 weeks of training and two pre-season wins’ out of two, our A team finally kicked off their league campaign Vs Northside on Wednesday afternoon. With rain and a sense of fresh optimism in the air, which every new season brings, our A team dominated the early proceedings to race into an early lead. By half time we held a commanding 3 nil lead and I challenged the team to keep going but with the aim of securing our first clean sheet of the season. The team delivered and run out 6-0 winners and securing that all important clean sheet along the way. Massive well done to all involved but a special mention for David who scored a hat-trick on his first league appearance for the school. This was a great start to what could be a every exciting season for us all. Let’s go A team!
