Heartbreak for our A team who tasted defeat for the first time this season. The boys have been on fire all season and raced into a 3-0 lead at half time. However, it’s a cruel game sometimes and momentum is so important in football. Defending against the slope we struggled to maintain our composure in the 2nd half and allowed Christ Church back into the game. Full credit to Christ Church for pulling the score line back to 3-3 before going on to win the game in extra time. We need to put this result behind us and move on to the challenges ahead with confidence. Starting Vs Alma this afternoon in a top of the table clash then onto Wren Academy on Monday in the Dick Bailey Cup. Let’s go A team!
