Times Table Rock Stars is a fun and challenging programme which allows children to develop their confidence and fluency with the multiplication tables and related division facts. Children are encouraged to play different games to earn coins, which can be spent developing their Rock Star Avatars. As a school we encourage children to use TTRS daily and participate in battles in class/year group/different year groups to promote fluency and excitement. Children from Years 3-6 have login details and should be playing at home on a daily basis.
TTRS England Rocks Competition
As part of our commitment to make maths exciting and high profile in our school, Key Stage 2 children will take part in a friendly TT Rock Stars competition involving schools in the United Kingdom. The competition will start on Tuesday 14th November at 7:30am and ends Thursday 16th November at 7:30pm. Children can play in any game mode with every correct answer to a multiplication or division question, earning themselves, their class and the school a point. Please encourage your child to participate in this competition at home. Results will be announced next week.
