On Thursday morning, Year 5 and Year 6 started their day with an assembly with My Bnk. My Bnk is a financial education charity that teaches young people all about money management. Then each Year 5 and Year 6 class had a session with the My Bnk trainers and learned about spending habits and habit formation, how to resist temptation, and the benefits of delayed gratification. The session was very interactive and involved games and role playing in order to allow the children to explore the concepts further.
