On Wednesday afternoon, Year 5 were fortunate to visit Finchley Catholic High School for three Design & Technology workshops. The children enjoyed making fruit salad in the Food Tech room, followed by a fan in the Resistant Materials room and finally designed a keyring using Computer Aided Design software. The children used all the different equipment and particularly enjoyed using the sanding machine! Staff of FCHS gave us a warm welcome and a few of the students supported our Year 5 children in the workshops. It was an enjoyable trip to end our year!
