We have had an week of learning and we would like to thank all of the parents that came to the Year 6 Mass on Tuesday, the children led a wonderful mass and we were very proud of them.
The learning for next week is:
English: To create their own persuasive leaflet about Camp Green Lake
Maths: To add and subtract integers and use the inverse to check, common factors and common multiples.
Geography: To compare and contrast the physical characteristics of two deserts.
RE: To recall the values of the Kingdom of God and to reflect on the importance of responding to the invitation to the kingdom
Science: To deepen our understanding further of how mirrors reflect light, and how they can help us see objects
Computing: To use software (powerpoint) to present my findings on Mexico.

Just a reminder:
–please ensure that your child brings in a cardboard cereal box in good condition so that your child is able to make a periscope in our Science lesson
-a letter is being emailed out to you today about a cooking workshop that will be taking place- please make your payment to parent pay and inform the office/class teacher if you are free to help on the day
-Year 6’s first Times Tables Rockstars competition will be taking place 26th September-3rd October. Please encourage your child to take part and ensure that they are regularly logging in to TTR.
