On Friday 8th September year 3 went on a trip to Whipsnade Zoo to introduce our topic Predator!. The children had a ‘Teeth and Diets’ workshop at the zoo where they learnt all about predators and prey, learning about the meaning behind different shaped teeth as well as characteristics of predators and prey. We were also able to walk around and see some animals. The children had a wonderful day and were troopers in the extreme heat.
