Year 2 had a fantastic time on our trip to the Golden Hinde this week. The children learnt all about what it was to live on a ship in the past. They got to see some of the weapons on the ship, dress up as a pirate, hear about the food eaten and see the sleeping quarters. They also got a chance to try to hoist an anchor themselves and reload some weapons. Thanks so much to all our parent helpers who made this fantastic trip possible.
