The Reception children enjoyed a lovely trip to St Gregory’s Church, where Father Godfrey warmly welcomed them and guided them on a tour. He explained the importance of the altar and how to bow in front of it. Father Godfrey also shared stories about Mary, the mother of Jesus, and spoke about the May processions. He then taught the children the song “Jesus’ Love Is Very Wonderful,” which they enjoyed singing together. At the end of the visit, Father Godfrey offered blessings for the children and their families, sending them home with his kind prayers.
