Maranatha

Some of our children in the upper juniors made a DVD about their journey in prayer. With the help of Father John, and inspired by the example of St Catherine, the children discovered the beauty and peace of Christian meditation

By using the ancient Hebrew word “Maranatha” (which means “Come Lord Jesus”) and by learning  to sit in silence, they discover God’s Spirit is within them.

This simplest form of prayer unlocks a door for them into a deeper friendship with God which could shape their whole lives.
