Our 1st team wrapped up their season away at Woodridge on Monday needing a win to finish joint 3rd in the league. After a even first half the score was deadlocked at the break with both sides creating a few good chances to take the lead. After the break our boys came out re-energised and soon took control of the game. After a flurry of goals in the second half we ran out 3-0 winners on the day, the result we needed to finish joint 3rd. Third in the league and a semi-final appearance is the least this group deserved after all their hard work this season. It has been an absolute pleasure coaching this group of boys, they have been a credit to our school and to their parents throughout the campaign.
