Throughout this half term, the children in Year 2 to Year 6 have been taking part in the Bar Model Challenge where they have been writing a response to a question and drawing a bar model to support their answer. The children then post their answers in a post box and Miss Sykes has been choosing 3 winners each week from KS1, LKS2 and UKS2 and they have received a prize. Here are some of our winners with their responses.
Here are the questions for the upcoming week. If your child would like to take part in the bar model challenge then they can write a response to the question (drawing a bar model to help them) and then write their name and class on their piece of paper which can then be posted into the post boxes in the dining hall.
