Dear Parents and Carers,
Year 4 have enjoyed their second Forest School session this week! We have been searching for signs of spring and looking for mini-beasts in the area. The Forest School is very muddy currently, please ensure your child has a change of shoes (preferably wellies) available on Tuesdays ready for their session. Please find below your child’s home learning and learning for next week.
This week’s spellings will focus on the ‘ture’ ending. Mixture, Adventure, Capture, Feature, Moisture, Nature, Picture, Vulture
Times tables: Our Times Tables focus for the week will be the 7’s. Please continue to utilise the times table check practice set on purple mash.
English: Next week year 4 will be constructing a character profile on King Arthur and debating the myths and legends surrounding him.
RE: In RE next week we will be learning about the Disciples of Jesus
Reminders:
– Our year group Mass is on Tuesday the 25th January, if your child has been given a reading please continue to support them in learning their lines as best they can, a copy of their reading will be available on the day if necessary.
– Can Students in 4B please ensure they wear PE kit on Friday this week.
