Dear parents,
This week in literacy we have been learning to use commas in lists and we have been learning new vocabulary related to the seaside, following our lovely seaside visit.
In Maths we have begun looking at how many tens and ones there are in numbers up to 50.
In RSHE we have been learning about how we are all unique.
In e-safety we have been learning about how to be safe on the web.
In Geography we have been discussing what a physical and a human feature is.
In science we begun our topic of living and non-living things and have been learning about what is living, non-living and once-lived.
Home Learning – For home learning please help your child to learn the following words:
they
one
once

They will be tested next Wednesday. Please also complete the Maths activity, which has been set for your child on Purple Mash
Please make sure to listen to your child read every day and sign their reading record. Please remember to send your child into school every day with their reading record and home school book. They only need to bring in their library books on Fridays.
Thank you for your support.
Best wishes,
