Maths:
In maths we will continue our fractions learning by moving on to counting in fractions and adding and subtracting fractions.
Literacy:
We will be writing diary entries in role as a Norman serf expressing the emotions we feel throughout the working day.
RE:
We will be learning about what the apostles, Peter and Stephen, did – how they spread the good news. We will also look at how Saul became Paul and worked to spread the Good News.
Computing and geography:
We will be using online mapping to locate sifgnificant places from our 1066 topic.
PSHE:
We will continue our money learning by learning about savings accounts and why we use banks.
RHE:
In next week’s RHE week lesson, we will be following the objectives on Ten Ten about sharing online (module 2, unit 3, session 1) but we will not be showing all the content or NSPCC videos on the slides. We will be focussing on when and who it is safe to share images with online and what is appropriate to include. For example, school uniform and photos of others (permission). We will discuss how sharing an image a friend has not consented to could cause upset. As a follow on discussion, you may wish to use Alex’s story from the NSPCC at home although we do advise it deals with sharing inappropriate images very directly. We will not be showing this video in class.
