Dear parents/carers,
We have had another good week of learning. Please ensure that your child is in the correct school uniform, girls are expected to wear summer dresses and boys are expected to wear shorts or trousers. On our Tuesday Dance lesson, please ensure that your child wears shorts, they may wish to wear their joggers to school if it is cold or raining but all children must wear shorts during the Dance lesson.
English: Character descriptions linked to our class book ‘Goodnight Mister Tom’.
Maths: Finding missing values in percentages. Algebra- finding a rule for algebra in one step.
RE: To know about the early Christian community and our relationship to it.
Geography: Identify the areas in Europe that were under the influence of Germany in WW2.
Guided Reading: Predictions- using evidence from the text.
Spellings: Words with a long /e/ sound spelt ‘ie’ or ‘ei’ after the ‘c’ and looking at exceptions.
