Year 1 enjoyed playing subtraction and addition games during our daily mile for our Teach Active Week. The children became addition and subtraction superheroes. Each superhero was given a number card. With their learning partners they had to make a number sentence before adding or taking away .Once the superheroes had the correct answer they would run across to get a fresh new set of numbers.
