This week in Year 6 we have been using the mediums oil pastels and pencil. We have been learning about Mexico and so we have been looking at the Mexican holiday ‘The Day of the Dead’ and the traditional ‘Sugar Skulls’ related to it. The children really enjoyed using their prior knowledge of blending oil pastels to create eye-catching and colourful artwork!
