In Year 3 we have been looking at the ‘Please Mrs. Butler’ poem and learning what features make a good poem. The children have then created their own poem in the style of this one.
In Maths we have been looking at the place value of 3 digit numbers and working out how to add/subtract 10 or 100 to these, and how to order them.
In R.E the children have begun to learn about what it means to be part of the Christian family and who some key figures are within this church family.
In science the children have been looking at predators and prey and learning what makes an animal a carnivore, herbivore or omnivore.
