Thank you to Father James for celebrating mass with Class 6C – their last class mass in St Catherine’s. The children sang three beautiful songs and read so reverently and clearly. Father James spoke to the children, staff and parents about the ‘Gifts of the Holy Spirit’. The Seven gifts of the Holy Spirit are wisdom, understanding, counsel, fortitude, knowledge, piety, and fear of the Lord.
Father James encouraged the children to let their light shine and be proud of their achievements in life. It was such a spiritual way to begin a busy day. The children were delighted to welcome some of the parents and were so excited as they prepared their classroom for this very special occasion.
